I'm so excited to share that I am now a certified practitioner of the Spinal Flow Technique — a beautiful, holistic approach to healing that taps into the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to self-heal.
So, what exactly is Spinal Flow?
The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on modality that works with the nervous system to release stored stress and trauma from the spine. It was developed by Dr. Carli Axford and is based on the understanding that physical, chemical, and emotional stress can become locked into our spinal cord, leading to blockages that impact our wellbeing.
This technique helps to identify these blockages and support the body in releasing them — not by manipulating bones or muscles, but by gently activating access points on the spine that correspond to the nervous system.
